How it Works
With the click of a button, Advantage Connect puts you in touch with the right person to help solve your technical problems or questions with your account.
Click the Advantage Connect icon on your desktop or just use the actual help desk button. Fill out your name, email and whether it’s a recurring isssue.
Please describe your problem or request and check the appropriate boxes. Then click the “Review Submission” button.
Please review your content for accuracy and consent, check the boxes for diagnostic data and screen shots before submitting. Click the “Submit” button. This is where the magic happens!
