How it Works
With the click of a button, Advantage Connect puts you in touch with the right person to help solve your technical problems or questions with your account.
Please describe your problem or request along with checking the appropriate boxes.
Then click the “Review Submission” button.
Please review your content for accuracy and consent along with checking the boxes for diagnostic data and screen shots before submitting. This is where the magic happens!

By the end of March, all clients will have the Advantage Connect icon installed and available for use.
There is no cost for clients! It is our goal to continue to improve your support experience and Advantage Connect is part of your monthly support contract.
All clients will have the desktop icon installed for their convenience. If you would like a button, for a nominal fee, you can request one through the Advantage Connect feature. When they become available, we will reach out to confirm your request and send it to you.

Yes. One click does all the detective work for you- gathering all the details needed for your support request. It captures diagnostic data specific to the computer having the problem- saving you time and hassle. This allows our engineers to troubleshoot more effectively and solve your challenges faster!
Yes, provided you have a cell phone signal! Click on the Advantage Connect icon and a QR code will pop up on your screen that you can scan with your cell phone to submit a help request.
No. While you will probably find it to be the quickest and easiest method, you are still able to call, email, or visit the client portal to submit a help request.
